Discovery Gateway Children's Museum is pleased to announce the launch of a new membership program. As of July 1, patrons of the museum are now able to purchase simplified, affordable membership packages with extra benefits, deeper discounts, and more guest access.

Executive Director, Laurie Hopkins, explains, "Our simplified membership program will make it easier for families to spend more time together learning through play. Visiting the museum throughout the year allows children to learn new skills as they grow and explore the various exhibits and workshops we offer."
Discovery Gateway's new membership program has been streamlined and updated to have a broader reach for the families of Utah. As a patron, you now have an easy choice between a Trio or a Family membership, and the option to add guests for an additional $25 per person, so you can best suit your family's needs. The Trio membership allows 1 adult cardholder and 2 guests per visit, a 3-hour parking validation, 3 guest passes annually. The Family membership allows 1 adult cardholder and 5 guests per visit, a 3-hour parking validation, 6 guest passes annually. Both options offer a 20% discount on facility rentals and birthday parties. The Family membership also grants access to the Association of Children's Museums Reciprocal Network, which offers 50% off general admission at participating museums across the United States. Members are encouraged to purchase $6 fun passes for guests at any time.
The membership program will be under the coordination of Kristin Alspaugh. Miss Alspaugh is a native Floridian with a passion for education and marketing, which brought her to the Discovery Gateway family. She is very excited to continue to spread the love of learning and creative discovery to the families of Utah.
Upcoming events include member previews for the next traveling exhibits Sid the Science Kid: The Super-Duper Exhibit! in September and Children of Hangzhou in May. Members will also enjoy special access to annual signature events such as Breakfast with Santa, Witches' Tea Party, the Bunny Hop Egg Hunt, and more, as well as free access to dozens of events throughout the year.
