Kwanzaa

Kwanzaa celebrates African heritage, unity, and culture! Join Discovery Gateway in exploring the seven principles of Kwanzaa by taking part in authentic hands-on activities from the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority. These activities will represent Umoja (unity), Kujichagulia (self-determination), Ujima (responsibility), Ujamaa (cooperation), Nia (purpose), Kuumba (creativity), and Imani (faith). There will be a special presentation of unity at 12pm.
