Father’s Day Handprint Card
For all ages

Happy Fathers’ Day! Make this fun card to show your dad some love and record the size of your child’s hand print.

Materials:

  • 1 piece Construction Paper
  • Markers
  • Glue
  • Paper in different colors or patterns
  • Scissors
  • Pen

 

Directions:

  1. Fold Construction Paper in half
  2. Trace the child’s hand on the construction paper, keeping fingers close together and extending the thumb. The pinky should be along the fold
  3. Cut out the hand tracing, careful to not cut the folded part
  4. Draw a face in the palm area
  5. Color in the fingers like hair or a cool hat
  6. Take scrapbook or leftover paper and cut out a bow tie. Make a bow tie by folding the paper, drawing a triangle with the pointy part being on the fold, and then cutting the triangle out. Don’t cut the fold
  7. Glue bow tie
  8. Write a nice message on the inside and sign and date!
