Museum Inclusion Fund ensures that every child can enjoy the opportunity to visit the children’s museum with their family or caregivers. We develop fundraising strategies to be able to donate over 2,500 tickets to our partner nonprofits who distribute the passes to kids in need. These kids are able to experience the magic of the Children’s Museum at no cost to them or their families. Our Museum Inclusion Fund is also able to provide summer camp scholarships to children of various ages, to provide an unforgettable experience with their peers.
Ninety percent of the children and families we serve through the Museum Inclusion Fund are considered to be low-income.

Each year, Discovery Gateway receives in-kind donations of goods and services from our community partners that are used to help serve our visitors. At our organization, we strongly believe in giving back to the community and making a positive impact on the lives of underprivileged children. We established partnerships with various local organizations that share our vision and are dedicated to serving these children.
One of the initiatives we undertake every year is organizing special museum visits for underprivileged children. We understand that not all children have the means or opportunities to explore museums and cultural institutions. With donations from our generous sponsors, we are able to take it upon ourselves and ensure that these children get the chance to experience the wonders of art, history, and science.
We coordinate with all related departments within our organization. We carefully plan for Medallion Days, ensuring that the museum is open on specific days when the children can visit without any charge.
However, none of this would be possible without the generous support of our kind sponsors.
